The AI-Powered plan adds intelligent ticket triage, automated remediation, predictive alerting, and intelligent reporting. The AI-Powered plan also routes Level-1 support through an intelligent Teams bot for faster initial response times.

You are simply billed for each additional user at the per-user rate for your plan and billing cycle. There are no tiers to jump between and no surprise charges. If you add a 16th user, you pay for one additional user. It scales linearly from there.

The Standard plan is our white glove offering—every support request is handled directly by a human technician from the start, with no automation layer in between. The AI is capable and improving all the time, though it is not perfect. The trade-off is that your team’s first point of contact is the bot rather than a human, but any issue the bot cannot resolve is immediately escalated to our technicians. Because AI handles a significant portion of routine work, we pass those savings on to you, which is why it costs less per user.

Absolutely. Many of our clients already have Microsoft 365 licensing in place, and that works perfectly. We administer your tenant regardless of where your licenses are purchased. The Microsoft 365 Business Premium add-on is simply an option for clients who want to consolidate licensing under one vendor and save 10% versus retail pricing.

When you opt in, we provision Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses for your users at $19.80 per user per month—which is 10% below Microsoft’s retail price of $22.00 per user per month. Microsoft licensing is billed on an annual basis regardless of whether you choose annual or month-to-month billing for your managed services. That means each user’s M365 license costs $237.60 per year, compared to $264.00 at retail—saving you $26.40 per user per year.

No. Our month-to-month option has no long-term commitment. You can cancel at the end of any month. Our annual option offers a 25% discount in exchange for a 12-month commitment, but even that renews on a month-to-month basis after the initial term unless you choose to renew annually.

Yes. You can switch from month-to-month to annual billing at any time and immediately start saving 25%. If you are on an annual plan and prefer to switch to monthly at your renewal, we accommodate that as well.
JustMSP is remote-first by design, which is one of the reasons we can offer such competitive pricing. That said, we understand some situations require hands-on work. On-site support is available as an add-on and can be arranged on a per-visit or recurring basis depending on your needs.

We appreciate a healthy skepticism about pricing that seems too good to be true, so here it is. The AI-Powered plan’s lower rate is possible because the AI bot handles the initial intake for every support request. That is the deal. If more than 20% of tickets in a given month are submitted through channels other than the bot (email, phone, carrier pigeon), the standard per-user rate applies for that month. We are not trying to trap anyone—we just need the bot to do its job so we can pass the savings along. The good news? The bot is genuinely fast, available around the clock, and resolves most common issues without any wait time at all.
